Return Policy 

We believe in making your goals short and achievable. That is why, if you are not satisfied with your ‘Gear 1’ for any reason , you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. That way, you’ll have plenty of time to try it. 

  1. Returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase.

  2. If you wish to return your Gear 1 within the 30-day timeframe, please contact our support team at support@hyfitgear.com

  3. Once our support team receives your email, they will send you a return address and instructions for how to proceed with the return process. Please keep in mind we do not cover the shipping cost for the returned product. 

  4. Once you have the tracking information of your returned item, please reply back or send your tracking information with your order number to support@hyfitgear.com to get a refund. Please be advised that without the tracking information we will not be able to process your refund. 

  5. Your return shipment must be postmarked no later than two (2) weeks after we have provided your return instructions.

  6. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will issue your refund, less a 10% processing fee, to your original payment method. If the product is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional fee. 

  7. Wristbands and Ankle bands as well as shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs or VAT) are not refundable and will be deducted from your overall refund.
